Raleigh Personal Trainer - Debbie KaminskiAll of my life I have enjoyed fitness and what it does for me. When I was younger, I enjoyed several sports including softball, running, water skiing and hiking.

In my early 30’s, I decided to make fitness training my lifelong career by teaching people how exercise can be fun, invigorating and satisfying. Three children later, I feel great and I am in the best shape of my life! I have run 2 marathons, weight train and cycling over 100 miles.

I started One-2-One Fitness in my home and moved to our present location in 2004. We are very grateful for our success and look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Raleigh Personal Trainer - Melanie TuckerI've been active in fitness for several years. In 1995 I fell in love with weight training and started studying every book and magazine on fitness that I could find.
In 2003/2004 I placed in the top five in two national-qualifying figure competitions. I was motivated to study for my personal trainer certification while helping my husband, John, prepare for bodybuilding competitions.

I'm most interested in enhancing athletic performance and how supplements can improve general health and fitness. I will motivate you and help you realize your fitness goals by creating healthy lifestyle changes. We make fitness fun, exciting and fresh!

I have always had a love of fitness, health, and exercise. With over a decade of experience in coaching, fitness, and competitive athletics, I have found that for a training program to be successful, it needs to be focused on intensity, core strength, stability, and fundamental movements. Inside that framework, I include variety and a fun, challenging workout every session.

My study of fitness began in earnest when I started coaching youth athletics. I had a desire to teach and coach the young athletes the optimal way to reach their strength and fitness goals. After 4 years of coaching middle school through Division II college football athletes, I joined the US Air Force where I discovered the many ways to stay fit and train at an elite level without the aid of weights or a gym. My goal as a trainer has been to incorporate the many lessons I’ve learned about fitness and wellness from sources that range from traditional strength training and cardio to numerous other proven strategies to increase your fitness through variety and intensity.

As a trainer at One-2-One Fitness, my goal is simple—to help my clients meet their goals! Hard work is a must, motivation is a must. Fitness should be fun and challenging at the same time.
